M&A 'house has been developed over the years to be efficient and earn my family some money, al the guest rooms have their own Electricity meter along with energy savers and up-to-date equipment.
M&A will be handed over in complete working order and with regular returning customer base which (alone) covers the expednditures,
consider walk-ins and any 3rd party customers to be profit margin.
M&A is set to run as a small bar/restaurant which we do when we feel inspired but not so much lately as we have been changing our (personal) business direction towards other areas.
The rent is the lowest in the area and will remain so with your new contract.
Due to current (global ecconomic) situation there has been a reduction of customers but not that much worst than normal low season occupation,
thanks to low rent and our economic business model M&A will survive periods like this, as we have done for many years.
